Allison Wintsch, Master’s Level Clinical Intern

Practicing Since: 2021

Allison aims to cultivate an empathetic, encouraging, and safe space where her clients can feel accepted and empowered to make positive change in their lives. Knowing that therapy is not a one-size-fits-all, Allison uses an individualized therapeutic approach- tailoring treatment to what healing looks like for each person. Believing that there is value in knowing how our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are all connected, Allison’s goal is to bring awareness to this idea in order to promote holistic healing of the entire person.

Allison has earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology and is currently pursuing her master’s degree in social work.

When she’s not in class or in the counseling room, Allison enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, gardening, and spending time at the beach. She is also a devoted dog mom, and appreciates time spent at home with her family.

Allison Wintsch is under the clinical supervision of Erin Williams, LCSW-C Maryland (#22783).
